Amazing water park to spend the day with the family and friends. So many rides and thrills from small slides to the the tallest body slide in America the Ko'okiri Body Plunge!!! The place has a lot of seating and relaxing areas spread across the park, almost every main attraction has a rest area with sand and lounging chairs outside of it. Many food options and places to buy drinks as well. Highly recommend it!

Great park, the rides are a blast and the staff was friendly. If you rent a cabana they let you in the park early which is cool. Everyone gets a waterproof wrist watch type device that allows you to join virtual cues for rides that have a wait which is a awesome. Then when it's your time you can walk right on the ride.

We had the blast at this water park over the week. They have fun water slides and good food. We relaxed and listened to the water for hours. They have plenty of space for you. The unique idea of giving everyone a bracelet to ride the water slides and not lose your place in line is great. We will be back🤗

I honestly love this water park especially with being an AP member the perks are great. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the TapuTapu watches as well as the express passes are kind of pointless they should just combine them together for the most part you might as well just stand in the regular line. I also think they could improve on the waves for the wave pool they’re kind of lame but other than that I think the environment is really cool the water rides are awesome and the water is heated to 80 degrees which is nice with living in Florida and it’s a little cooler now.
They only have towels for rent ($5 a day I believe) or to buy, but I just brought my own to save a little time and money. You can rent a locker and reopen as much as you want if you need to store them that way.
I'd recommend it if you plan on walking barefoot all day. Don't do it! The cement hurts your feet after a while. I've gone twice and regret walking bare foot. They do have sand everywhere though and some foam mats here and there so you can walk on those when you get the chance.
It all depends what you want to do. Would you like to carry your own towel around or not. You can rent towels but if you would like to save and bring your own towel you are allowed. If you are spending the day in various activities the only time you will use towel is when you are going home. So it's up to you to evaluate if it's worth renting.
There's not fast pass so to speak, but with the bracelet you can go in front of the game and take a turn for the ride, and this one warns you when it's your turn. Some warns you whether or not you should take the ride now or tell you to take the turn. You can't select more than one, that's if you are in line for one, for other you can't.
Absolutely. They opened back up June 5th. We went on the 7th and had a blast. The lines were short and everyone really enjoyed being able to get out. They do require that you were your face mask the whole time and are pretty strict about it. They also check your temperature at the point of entry. You guys have a good time and happy birthday to your son!!!!
Wet n Wild was one of, if not the oldest water parks in America. While it may not have seemed like it, there were many structural problems and inefficiencies that would have, in the long-term, cost more to fix than building a new park. Plus now Universal gets to put their name on it in advertisements and offers it in bundles with the other parks. Having been to both Wet n Wild and Volcano Bay, I can say this place is a worthy replacement. The theming here is amazing and there are quite a few modern advancements (like the Aquacoaster). I just wish they offered annual passes just for the water park.
As Noelle said bring your own towels you can rent them ( 3 for $18 ) and the food on site is fantastic but expensive. But be prepared to be blown away as its fantastic. Enjoy
It depends on the date, as it is high season for adults 85 and children 80 and the parking of the car 23 dollars all day from 9 a.m. at 9 p.m. It's worth it, justified by the fun and adrenaline
Yes they do. I just bought it with our tickets for Wednesday. $30 for each adult, includes one meal and drink, one snack and drink. I upgraded to get unlimited drinks throughout the day, only because I wasn't sure about bringing a cooler.
Like many places in Florida...they have made everything accessible for the less able...and will do everything they can to accommodate any physical limitations guests may have
There are several locker sets to choose from in the park. It's an all day rental, that you can open and close as many times as you need. Unfortunately i don't remember the price, but i believe it's somewhere around 10-15-20$ for s-m-l sizes. You use your wearable as a key, and can also link up to three other wearables in your party to the same locker, so four total.
Amazing.. The trick is and I'm letting you in on a Fl secret.but if it rains do not leave, wait it out bc it only last 20 mins and the half that don't know this leave... Which leaves you with shorter wait times and less crowds😁 but the food prices are high but you can bring your own cooler n drinks..
Well this weekend, what happened, not the other, they were at $ 85 for adults, those under 8 years old, I think they pay less, this is in the same park online, I think they are cheaper
From the website:
Guests can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) upon entrance to Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. Due to limited numbers, please note that ECV Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older.
Strollers and Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) will not be available for rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay™. Wheelchairs are readily available at the Concierge Booths located throughout the park for guests that may need them.
It is at the Universal parking complex. Once there follow the signs for Volcano Bay parking. From there you will get a 5min bus journey to the waterpark. Buses were always ready to go so no waiting in either direction
It is a solid 20 miles EAST of Disney so I would not say it is close to Disney. Also it is NOT on the former lot (contrary to popular belief) as the old Wet N Wild Park. In fact, universal just opened up 2 new hotels that ARE in place of the old water park.
There are annua passes available unfortunately there is not an option for just the water park. The annual pass park pairing informarion is available on universals annual pass program page. They do offer installment plans on the annual passes which are convenient if you don't want to shell out a fortune in one shot.
Yes, and there are a number of attractions that you should be able to enjoy. The lazy river, wave pool and the Fearless River would be a few. Of course you should check with your physician before attending any rides..
There is plenty to do for all ages at volcano bay! My wife and I are in our early 30s and had a blast between the giant water slide in the middle, the wave pool, and the lazy river. Needless to say there is something for everyone!
Yes they have several restaurants. The range of the menu is very limited, but at least it fills up the stomach. Make sure you install the universal app on your phone, and once you get the tapu tapu (wearable on your wrist), add your card to your registration using the app. This will save your payment to your wrist device and you don't need to carry cash or cards on you.
How do I rent a private villa? Do I have to wait until I get to the park? How much does a private villa cost?

You can call ahead but you can't do it online. You can also do it on the day of (first come first served of what's not pre-booked) - Pricing varies drastically based on size of cabana and date. Check out this link: https://orlandoinformer.com/universal/volcano-bay-cabana-rentals/
It cost a lot of money! $67 per adult if you pay online. $80 if you pay at park. $25 to park. $9 for a small locker (size of a shoebox). It's $18 for medium size locker. It's $6 for empanada and $12 for 2 empanadas.
We didnt bring coolers and I didnt see anyone bringing them in, but many people brought backpacks, and my group brought our backpacks with snacks inside. The backpacks weren't checked at the entrance.
Volcano Bay has the same rules as their other parks: soft coolers only. They have a size restriction on their website: 8.5" wide, 6" high, 6" deep, however I have never seen them be strict about this so slightly larger should be ok as long as it's soft. They also prohibit glass and alcohol. We usually bring canned sparkling water (which they check to make sure are not alcoholic), sandwiches, and a small freezer pack in our soft coolers.
Chorreras, slides or waterfalls ... whatever they call them! Too fun, great place, very nice and safe. The tapu tapu is his best invention, a watch that informs you when it is your turn to "ride". They have to iiiirrrr ... !!!

The day I went they closed the attractions for about 45 min because of lightning. They said it would be open after and it did. Some people left but after it passed everything went back to normal.
Is the water deep when you go down the waterslides
Zoe Mcgregor | Sep 6, 2018
Samantha Barry | Sep 6, 2018
There is always enough water. They have alot of different styles of slides. The drop slides do have deep water. The tube waterslides are only about waist deep. Hope this helps! Its a great set up. Fyi lockers are $18 bucks
I'm not sure but I think you have to take the bus to the entrance. Even Lyft can't drive you there but they will drop you off at the bus/shuttle station. And if you are driving yourself the parking lot is close to the bus/shuttle service as well.
For annual pass means you can't visit in that date.
Are there slides with a rider minimum higher then 2?
In other words... Do we need to find people to ride with or wait for a compatible group when we (2) want to ride a ride that seats 5?
Thanks!
koen meyssen | Sep 6, 2018
Davis Howes | Sep 6, 2018
No they are not, even on the raft slides you can ride by yourself. They'll just put you with another party. Have fun!
You can bring your own food or you can buy your own food. When you buy the food you don't have to eat it at the restaurant, you can go and eat it anywhere you please. I hope I was able to answer your question.
Typical November hours apply. No change for holiday as far as I'm aware. I believe this would be 10am-5pm, but that could change by November.

Jay Vasbinder | Sep 6, 2018

Not sure got the tickets part of my vacation package, but until they fix there system on how to get on rides I would not go. I was there and left after 2 hours and did not get on one ride.

There really isn't room. The chairs are very close together. I would enquire about the umbrella because there were several chairs but not all were covered by umbrellas. And we got there when the park opened
Its next door so its separate but you still go in the normal US entrance and tell them water park and you go to the parking garage on the right take the bus over
Any day, also a tip... bring your own towels, there you have to "rent" towels $6 a piece and then return the towels! And order food on mobile pick up than standing in line on busy times!

For 2 Florida resident tickets was roughly a hundred bucks a piece Plus $25 for parking plus $25 for lunch plus $5 for a bottle of water and I'm sure I spent on something else. Two people my 10-year-old daughter was just as much as me I spent less than 300 bucks. And I had an absolute blast doing it. And I'll do it again. If you're going with a big group and you have the money I would suggest reserving a cabana. That would have been neat. But only for a big group
There will be different rates, depending if you're a Florida resident or qualify for other discounts. If you're military, go to the local MWR ticket office. Otherwise, check out the Universal website for more details.
You may take food that doesn't require heating up. Snacks and water. https://www.universalorlando.com/web/en/us/plan-your-visit/hours-information/policies-restrictions. Check out the link if you have anymore questions
Yes, my son is 7 and he LOVES Volcano Bay. He is 47 inches, and can ride a LOT of slides here. Besides the slides, there are the 2 rivers, and the wave pool.
Does the shuttle bus take you back to Citywalk from Volcano Bay?
Keke J | Sep 5, 2021

Yes. The shuttle will pick you up from the downstairs area of the parking deck and take you over to volcano Bay. They run back and forth constantly all day long.
If you have the Universal Dining Plan, it is honored at Volcano Bay at these four locations for your quick service meals:
Kohola Reef Restaurant and Social Club

The Feasting Frog
For snack credits, these four locations participate:
Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona

If the the ticket is one day and I just stay 12 hours can I come back again to use the other 12 hours?
Fajr Muhammad | Sep 5, 2020
Stephanie Forbes | Sep 5, 2020
No, the one day ticket is valid from the park opening to park closing only. It's not a "24 hour ticket." None of the parks are. Volcano Bay isn't even open for 12 hours a day.
Yes there are lockers at Volcano Bay. They have automated locks. You use the TapuTapu to unlock them. An awesome employee named Carl walked us thru how to use the lockers and link our TapuTapus.
The cheapest one is around $12 per day. You would open it with your tapu tapu returnable wristband that everyone gets for free at the park entrance, which also can be linked to a credit card to pay everywhere.
Good morning. I'm from Canada and I had bought a discounted 2-day from my cousin which cost me about $336 US tax included for a 2 park ticket. Converted to Canadian, it's a lot. If the weather perfect then Volcano Bay is idyllic because of all the water rides and beach.
Someone who tells me how much the entrance to this park costs ?????
Diego Najarro | Sep 6, 2019
Claudio Lescaut | Sep 6, 2019
The ticket for two days is costing $ 1,117.92.
That in reais, has to convert to dollars.
However you can try to make packages with operators. Thus the values are more affordable. That's how you do it with my family.
Hope this helps.
Individual rides have open spaces you can place your slipper and towels in.
Lockers are all paid and come in small, regular and large sizes. Large one costs 16 USD
I work at Volcano Bay, the minimum height required for most rides is 42". However our body slides and drop slides require 48". If your child does not meet the height requirements, we do have two small areas called Runnamukka Reef and Tot Tiki Reef with small slides that is open to all children under 42' accompanied by one adult. I hope this helps !
So, we have some prices for entrance because they have a park combos. You can see the prices here https://www.universalorlando.com/web-store/en/us/park-tickets/index.html?days=2&adults=2&children=0&flr=0
We stayed at Cabana Bay. We saw shuttles dropping people off at the entrance, which has a security guard and still a good distance of a walk to where you give your tickets, get fingerprinted and get your wristband.
I was hear on 14/6/19 with my wife and 3kids my youngest is 10 and has autism I put in a complaint and no one got back to me my son who has autism was treated very bad by 2 staff and the never dealt with
egars ger | Sep 6, 2019
Belinda Jones | Sep 6, 2019
Oh I'm sorry to hear that. This us our 3rd year here and we never had a bad experience. Whatever happened I hope you get the situation solved. No one should be miss treated especially your son with autism.
Usually it's $85 per adult and 9 and under $80. Best thing is to check Universal websites. They run some discounts and saving different time of year. Just put in the dates and you will see the price for that day.
When you drive to the parking ticket booth, you will go to the second to furthest right, there will be a sign above the booth for volcano bay. Once past the booth, follow the road to the right, at the fort in the road stay right and go on to the first level of the parking garage. Have fun!
I was reading the ratings and someone suggested bringing your own food because if the limited food sites.....I'm not necessarily interested in the food part but would like to bring my own water, keeping 6 kids hydrated is not cheap 😒
I don't think they have party rooms since everything is outdoors. What they do have are private cabanas that sell out really fast. I would inquire with Volcanoe Bay about any such arrangements. Hope this helps.
🏔🌊yes, I know how to eat delicious, there are macaroni with shrimp, pizza, nachos with cheese, hamburgers, sandwiches in a wide variety to choose what you will enjoy.🥳🎉🇵🇷PUERTO RICO🇵🇷
Noooo. This is the best park I've ever go. They will give you a watch that will allow you to check in line for one slide or ride and the watch will let you know when is your turn. And the best of all this *you don't have to pay extra for that watch* it is amazing how much fun you can have in this park. 👍
Everything is appropriate for that age, that has mine, and very safe. In addition to that there are lives saved throughout the park. But that age is the perfect time for him to enjoy it.
Sure, there's a kiddie section and a huge pool by the volcano that is shaped like the beach (shallow then gets deeper as you walk in) .... Obviously rides are limited but with a one year old that's too be expected.
Yes they will work at volcano bay. If you activated the cup refill at universal then that cup activation will work for the rest of the day at all 3 parks (Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida & Volcano Bay) for that day. You can activate the cups in any of the 3 parks. If you go to the parks the next day you will have to reactivate the cups again for that day.
No, while they do provide rentals. I'd suggest bringing your own. Besides that, travel light! Far too many people carry bag upon bag of items with them only to have them sit inside a paid locker...
You can pay before you enter at one of the windows. Wheelchairs are readily available at th he concierge booths located throughout the park for guests that may need them
Im at cabana bay ,right next door. It's perfect for volcano bay, it reasonably priced , and you can walk , boat or bus to the universal parks . Also it's straight on to the i4 ,so easy to get to the other parks in orlando.
The pools at Vollcano Bay are sanitized with chlorine, sometimes in high concentrations. Consult an allergy specialist in detail before taking your child.
On what date is the park closed or is it open all year?
QqaFabian Luciani | Sep 6, 2019
Juan Gomez | Sep 6, 2019
I really can't answer that question, I would suppose that all year round because I see that the water is heated so in cold weather the water would be warmer but the only way would be called to ask if I get to know it by this means I would write again
Technically the park is open all year with the exception of the really REALLY cold days.....like 40's i think.....but the end of October in Florida...common and have some fun
It has 2 beaches within the new one with a height of 0.9 m and another with a maximum of 2 m. approx.
You can access them by levels from 0.10 m to the maximum you can swim with tranquility.
It depends on the date, there are promotions if you buy for the 3 parks there are discounts and if you buy only 1 park if the price is 80 dollars approx.
Is September a good time to go to Volcano Bay . Since kids are back in school?
Erika Pelaez | Sep 6, 2018
Sarah Batchelder (GracefulKlutz) | Sep 6, 2018
Absolutely! Plus its not quite as painfully hot, and certain things such as Express Pass, Cabanas and Premium Seatings will likely be cheaper since it's not "peak season" anymore.
You can buy them at the entrance as long as the park is not at capacity. If it is, only the people who bought tickets in advance can enter. But considering it's in October, I wouldn't worry too much cause peak season is over.
Volcano bay towels are for rent
Bring your own towel and also u can bring your own snacks and drinks except alcohol.
Has complementary Pampers for baby(children ) f they need one for swimming. I
Recomend to come early if u want to enjoy rides, time to have better seatings ,cabanas , and short wait for all the rides.
$ 115 USD per adult for a single day, for a single park (either Universal; Volcano Bay is separate). If you buy tickets for more days, the daily cost is reduced (the more, the lower the price per day). Children pay less.
If you're ok with lazy rivers, wave pools, kids areas, and laying out then you'll have a lot of fun. If you prefer the big water rides and slides and such, get the express pass or you'll be disappointed at how few you'll get to ride because of the wait times
Yeah it is ok. If you are in the beach in volcano bay, the shoes need to be secure since the waves come in and it may be hard to swim. But a t-shirt and leggings is fine. I wore leggings over my swimsuit and no one will bother you.😊

Follow directions to Universal. Once there, generally on Universal Blvd, follow the signs to the parking garage and they generally have lines at the parking tolls for Volcano Bay. Parking in this area is direct access to ticketing for Volcano Bay, Will Call kiosks, Guest Services, and restrooms. From there it's a shuttle ride to Volcano Bay. Drop off is a short walk upto the main entrance area to the park.
All pricing is available in detail, online. You can also call for specifics. Not sure what price it is you're looking at. Better to be safe than sorry!
Hello, could you tell me what months the park is open?
Juan Pablo Iriarte | Sep 6, 2018
Emiliana Zapata Ruíz | Sep 6, 2019
If it is open from January to September or in some cases October because it is a water park you are lucky, it is most likely that in November it will not stay open and will not return until March.
The cost is $90.00 per person. Also everything in the park is very expensive so I suggest bring your own food and snacks. For example a hambuger is $14.99.
Depends on which park and if jumper pass or not...get discount for multiple days.
Is it expensive

It can be. Look into Hardrock Hotel to stay at. I believe staying yherr comes with tickets. Definitely get the Express Pass tickets. You won't have to wait in lines for hours to ride rides. Well worth it.
what's the cost to get in
Tina Johns | Sep 6, 2018
Kevin McKinnon | Sep 6, 2018
Not sure...did a 3 day pass with 2 extra days free....2 kids, 2 adults=$1,180
Yes to all of your questions. Online is your best resource and if you are a Costco member checkout their package deals for members. Those are hard to beat.
Yes. I went around the entire place on a scooter and was able to get just about everywhere. Some rides are not accessible via wheelchair (stairs) but just about every spot there is access able.
This Saturday (6/30/2018, the price at the entrance was $80 plus tax, totaling about $90.
It's worth it!
However, if you are looking for discounts (military, LEO, etc.), you will have to get it prior to getting there. If you're a vet go to your local base's MWR at the Garrison.
I would like to know if it is open in January.
Thanks a lot

Well we order tickets for volcano Bay why do u have to have 🆔 cards for everyone even the kids want to know how true is that
Jamie Cooper | Sep 6, 2018

All universal parks use finger print scanning at the gates. Typically, kids aren't required to show id. But, they need their pass, which is scanned forst, then your fingerprint is scanned.
I think if you plan on going to universal again within the year it would be best to get season passes and if you've your ticket I suggest upgrade before using them it ends up costing less overall
85 adult 80 child up to 10. 22 for parking. You can bring in food and drinks no glass. Food will cost about $15 -20 a person. Family locket is 16. Ck weather. They shut down if there is a thunderstorm.
Not sure how much it is per person I got a 3 park pass for 4 people for 1900 for the year remind you for that much money there's a lot of blackout dates so beware if you buy the park pass the whole month of July volcano Bay you cannot go to if you have the season pass which is a rip-off
Non resident is $80 adult and $75 child
Florida Resident is $70 adult and $65 child. If you go to their website you can get multiday/park passes for a cheaper daily rate.
Doesnt matter. Its unreal and worth 150 each. Pay more to the parks for less fun. Buy premier seats for an extra 80 dollars. You then get waited on. Food and beer is also amazing.
Swimsuit is best option. Lazy river, fast river( more fun). Super slides and a great water coaster. Anyone over 42 inches tall, who is not afraid of water will love it here.
It depends on the date and if you are a FL resident. Right now for the next few days 80.00 plus tax. Memorial Day weekend coming up the price goes up. Check out the website because it depends on the time of year you plan to go.
No refunds. If it's just rain then you're fine, you just get wetter - the only time they close rides is for lighting threats in the area. We got told to get out once and after about half hour it all reopened. Would definitely check the forecast before you go to avoid days with more risk of storms.
No not all rides. Quite a few rides with no restrictions or some that have a max of 700lb plus but that's shared between 1 - 6 riders so could go on your own or with another.
If you put into Google search "volcano bay riders guide pdf" the top search result will be the pdf you can look through.
Honestly we have been to blizzard Beach and aquatica. We went to Vulcano Bay in March and it is the best waterpark - we were very impressed
You can also get deals on multi park tickets and go to Volcano Bay for one of your days.
The park uses a virtual line system so you tap into a ride and it gives you a return time. The return times can vary anywhere from 5 minutes to 2+ hours, but if theres no line it will let you walk on (without losing your place anywhere else). However once you do get on line after your return time it can still be up to a half hour before you actually get on the ride
Any age it's like a big beach lagoon. Lots of sand with deck chairs and cabanas you could even hire like a beach hut thing. The lazy river runs bit quick for very young children but saw lots sharing with a parent.
They continuously change their go pro policy. You can always bring them into the park but as of right now, you can only wear them on the two rivers and the wave pool.
It'll be busy and not busy cause fast furious ride opening this month so people will try go on that ride. But still go early as possible to get in and find spot to sit and get locker.
You can take certain things, chips, a few small sandwiches, bottled water, chopped fruits (small amount) are not as strict as in Aquatica but still if they check but mostly in search of weapons. If you place everything discreetly there will be no major problem
When you buy the ticket The watch is included ohh you have to pay to part X the watch
Wilma Arman | Sep 6, 2018
Eddy Fernandes V. | Sep 6, 2018
All tickets give you the right to the virtual queue clock and you can use it all day, including to pay in stores or restaurants within the park. It is waterproof and you must return it at the time of departure.
They have a large play area for children with many slides. But as far as family rides go its all about heights... 42 inches is the magic number for a lot of bigger rides. You will have to purchase a childs ticket as well. But its no more appropriate or less appropriate than most water parks would be.
The wave pool is set up like a beach so it starts off with a few inches of water and gets deeper the further out you go. And they have a whole children's area for little ones.
I would recommend you bring a towel you can bring backpack any kind of medicines you need. The tubes are free you don't have to rent them but if you want to Cabana you have to rent those
There are 3 body slides that start at the top. It's like 204 steps up to get to. One of them is just a straight drop and has a separate line. The other two are the same line and one is more intense then the other. Basically you stand in a pod and then they drop the floor out from underneath you. They are a lot of fun
They do not do fast passes instead they give you a watch that you scan at each ride and come back when it tells you. This allows you to do other stuff while you wait
Follow the signs. Same parking garage for the rest of the resort, except theu have designated parking on the first floor only for VB. There is a shuttle that takes you to the water park from there.
Ohno and Ohyah drop into a 10' pool. The others are no deeper than 5', though you should still be a good swimmer to enter via waterslide. Lifejackets are provided in a variety of sizes for free around the park.
You should expect scales at the entrance of nearly every bigger slide. Thus, I was referring to weight. (I do not know what the limits are for each individual slide, but I have seen people being sent back off the stairs).
Premier parking and disabled parking are different prices than the regular parking. So there are a few different options and prices. And depending on what hotel you stay at most offer a Shuttle so no parking fees.

There is a telephone number that starts with 1 800 on the website you can find it. They help you with absolutely everything!
Is there a swap for rides inappropriate for smaller children...and are water shoes needed?

Shasta Watson | Sep 6, 2018
Water shoes are not needed but are ok to wear. And they sell them there but are pretty pricey. So if you decide to wear them you probably want to buy them elsewhere. I don't think they have a swap area. But I'm sure there's a way around it.
Can we bring a cooler with our own food and drinks?
Adriana Garcia | Sep 6, 2018
Johanna Moreland | Sep 6, 2018
No coolers were allowed when I went last summer. So, unless they've changed their rules since then, I'd say no. Food and drinks are also pricey, so be prepared. 😑
Can you bring a small cooler in with water and snaks?

Nope they even have metal detectors
Does anyone know if you have to rent tubes for anything or can you bring your own swimming tubes ?
And are kids ages 3 & 5 allowed to have arm floats ?

Tubes are available there for free. I don't think you can bring your own.
Until today February 26 the attraction to open state. Except for the days that were declared low-temperature warning and all water parks in Central Florida were closed for prevention.
Do not go on the ohno and ohya slides they drop you into a very deep pool. There are rubber ring slides you can go on. I think the big drop one from the top of the volcano goes into a pretty shallow pool if I remember correctly. But you can see all the ends of the slides before you go on them xxxx hope you have a lovely time x we have just done a week in Orlando doing the parks, we are now at key largo for a week recovering from it xxx
I went in July and thank God I purchased my tickets online cause at 9.30 am, they were not allowing anyone at the gate since they had already reached capacity.
December and January the park is open, the normal schedule is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but it may vary depending on the weather, that information is always updated on the park's website.
Shallow. Most of them, but there some that are deeper. But the information is listed before you enter the direction to the slides. But there are a lot of life guards ready to help you.
Hint:
When you go there, regardless of the month, if it is Saturday, Sunday or holiday, arrive early in the morning otherwise you will not enter because the maximum capacity will be quickly. I danced on a Saturday.
Yes, the raging river and i believe the lazy river is as well. The water is not heated in the chute and aquacoaster rides. Not sure about the main pool/wave pool. Was there on Thursday (12/22), and it was comfortable up until the sun started to set (they close at 5pm.anyway). It was very comfortable to a person from North Carolina on a 84° day.
$67 per adult and $62 per child for a single day ticket to Volcano Bay. Can be included on the 3 park-to-park tickets for multiple days if you don't plan on visiting just the water park.
A tip my fiancee and I did was buy the 3 park preferred annual pass even though we're from out-of-state. Even though it costs more initially, you can get in to Universal Studios for a year (black out for Volcano Bay in July) and you get 10% off of food and items around the parks and city walk as well as free parking. It is well worth it if you are planning on a longer trip. (Check out the various pass levels to find what works best for you)
There are 6 hotels with bus transportation but for volcano bay I recommend cabana bay you can get an amazing view of the volcano and a 1 hour and a half entry just from walking! That is how close it is
No the only way you can get to volcano bay is by taking the shuttle over to it which the only way to get on shuttle buss is over at city walks parking garage.
Depends on the ride. Most bodies slides come out at 5-6 feet.River about 4 .Wave pool I'm not sure.Plenty of raft rides for anyone not capable of swimming ,like myself.
Serivce dogs and service miniature horses I believe are allowed but other than that no. I know those two types of service animals are allowed in the other two parks (Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure) but I would call guest services just to get confirmation.
$67.00 per adult (age 10+) and $62.00 per child (age 3-9). Cheaper rates can be found if you buy a "vacation package" or multiday tickets or visit as part of a park to park ticket. The price doesn't vary per day of the week, but if you buy a vacation package prices change depending on seasonal visitor volume.
Parking is at the Citywalk garage, then a shuttle brings you to Volcano Bay.
When does the park open exactly?

The park opens at 9 am, but my suggestion to you, purchase your tickets online, the Park gets full fast once it has reached the capacity they close the entrance and even if you show up they won't sale you any ticket.
