Not sure, but they will let you know at the entrance if they reach their capacity.
The park is large and built for a large capacity. Their taputapu wristbands reduce wait times on lines for rides. I attended the park on a Sunday (busy day) and was still comfortable on short lines and the swimming pools/lazy rivers.
