Water pressure dropped to almost nil. Replaced water cutoff valve, problem persisted. As we were getting ready to call the city to come out I mentioned our water softener. We went and pressure was fine before bypass, but after not so much. I.bypassed the softener and all was fine. Harley was great in helping find the culprit. Very good service and they give military discount. God bless.

I've shortened and changed this review, since I want to be fair. We had a slab leak and needed someone to look at it right away. Most local plumbers wouldn't even respond, and those that did were a few weeks out. RR responded right away and someone was at the house quickly. We understood that RR is more expensive than most local plumbers, but we needed it fixed asap. Most of the guys we dealt with from RR were great. The area manager, the leak detection person, and the plumbers were all great to work with. The leak was in a location that would have been too expensive to find/fix, so we decided to go with a whole house re-pipe. We got a quote, and the re-pipe person was scheduled to come out in a few days. Once he showed up though, instead of starting the job, he re-did the quote and raised the price by 2 to 3 thousand, depending on what had to be done. I think some of the RR workers are independent contractors, and he may have had a minimum price he needed to do the job, and he was unwilling to do it for the quoted price. Needless to say, this was aggravating and we didn't agree to the new terms, so he left. We ended up signing with a local company to do the re-pipe. We have to wait a few weeks, but fortunately we have options and can do that. So in summary I would give 5 stars to the manager, the leak detection person, and the plumbers. The area manager did call and try to make it right, but we had already signed with another company.

By the time Juan got here, I was about to stop the leak. I explained to him that I was a new homeowner and he explained to me how to do little plumbing jobs around my home in the case something like this happens again. He was really professional and I’m glad he was the technician that came to my home. He really cared and was really professional.

Daniel, Brian, and another individual (the one training Daniel) came to fix my drain and pipe. ALL of them did a superb job communicating with me about the process, while getting the job done effectively. I also know they worked over time to help me get it fixed today, which was greatly appreciated. Super friendly and cool dudes; they even assisted me with providing information on what to expect with my adjuster visit tomorrow. 👍🏽😊. 10/10 would recommend.
