I disagree, I called for an estimate explained that I wanted all the cast iron pipes removed and replaced under the house as one had already failed. I asked the woman on the phone if it would be a free estimate she said yes but she would check to be sure. She put me on hold and came back and said yes it was free. After dispatch booking a few times and nobody showing up a plumber finally arrived 3 days later. He said it would cost $500.00 to run a camera through the plumbing to do the estimate. I explained my discussion with the person on the phone and he said they were wrong. He called an estimator called yuri I believe and put me on the phone with him. Yuri said he would send me an estimate within the hour. It never came. I called back. The woman whom answered the phone this time called yuri and he said he would get it to me by the end of the day. She also confirmed my email address was the one they had on file. It was, It is 4:50 pm on Wednesday another full day without the estimate
