Poor communication and did not show for scheduled appointment. Showed for the estimate which as a customer would lead me to believe they had to know that they work to complete at this location. An email response to them not making their appointment was unprofessional. Why schedule work to be done if you're not going to show?

I have used Harvey Plumbing 4x over the years for various issues. They are always on time, professional and I feel like I can trust them on their knowledge & the costs of repairs. Yesterday morning we had a irrigation pipe that was broken due to a tree root and water was poring out of it onto the street. Team member Juan who we give two thumbs up to, came within the hour that I called, found the issue, repaired it and it did not 'break the bank" having them there on a Saturday afternoon. We highly recommend their services!!

RUN AWAY from this place. I called to have a washer drain pipe cleared. They said they were not able to clear it the first time, so a camera was ordered to detect the problem. I had an appointment for the camera. Their receptionist Paula is a monster! SHE called me to request to reschedule for a day earlier, without asking. I told her that I will call my tenant to make sure he is home. He said yes so I kindly rescheduled for her the following day at 2pm (7/26/2022). On the day of, she called and told me the plumber was on his way at 1pm. I said ok the appointment was at 2pm so let me just make sure the tenant is home to open the gate. She started raising her voice and yelling at me that they were rescheduling to get their plumbers done early. The plumber was on his way no matter what. WHAT?! I don’t know why I didn’t just cancel right then, but I really wanted to get this drain fixed for my tenant. It was a foreshadowing of what was to come. I said ok I will just check with the tenant then called her back. I confirmed that he was there. They came out with the camera, and just said that the pipe was broken. They would need a THIRD plumber to come out to give an estimate. They called me the next day for payment. I had my credit card in hand and said I was happy to pay but I would just need the video footage so I could get a couple of estimates from the video. This same lady Paula started all out SCREAMING at me on the phone the reasons why she did not have a video. I had never once raised my voice, had only been polite the whole time and she was yelling! I explained calmly that every other reputable company I called gives you video footage when you pay over $350 for a camera line so that you have it for reference. She continued to SCREAM and berate me that she did not have one. I was so appalled at her unwarranted behavior, I hung up shaking. I have never in my life been treated this way by any company whatsoever. I take pride in being a kind and respectful person but this lady was beyond CRAZY. She needs to be fired! I feel sorry for this owner Harvey, who I have never met because this lady will surely run him out of business! He needs to have her put her phone calls on speaker so that he can hear both sides of her conversations. I would like to ask Harvey to contact me himself with his direct number, because I will not change this review unless they do something about this, and I will certainly not ever speak to her again. I called another plumber company, Michael’s plumbing, and they found out that the pipe was in fact NOT broken. Michael’s were kind and professional and kept to their agreed on scheduling times. Really, go anywhere else but here!
