This location is my least favorite. The receptionist is un knowledgeable and almost incompetent. I had a previous script and pair that I needed replaced for my son who was in school and needed a replacement pair for his sports physical to play in his game Saturday. I was told the do not take payments over the phone and to get a replacement pair for him I would need to come into the store. The west colonial had no issue replacing his glasses with an over the phone payment… needless to say I took my business elsewhere. It’s busy enough as a working mother trying to do the daily runs, I don’t need my kids eye dr making life harder!

Horrible horrible place! They said their credit card machines were NOT working and they were working and took $142 (two separate transactions of $71 each) from my checking account and never refunded me back. My husband paid for my eye exam on his card. This happened in May 2022 and today is August 9th 2022. I AM STILL WAITING TO BE REFUNDED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. I have had such a horrible experience! I wouldnt give any stars if I had a choice. I am going to still bother them until I get my refund. I have contacted Nationalvision but still no refund and no response. That is my hard earned money they are holding in their account and gaining interest for themselves. I urge people to not go here at this location
