AC stopped cooling. Called Energy Air after hrs and tech called back within 5 mins. He arrived within one hour as stated he would. Had ac working within 15 mins. It was a bad capacitor on a Carrier heat pump that was installed in Jan. 2020. That was disappointing. Service call was great, just pricey.

If I could give a 0 I would. Technician comes out can’t open the ac cabinet. My husband changes the ac filter every 3 months. A young female technician earlier this year had the brains to remove the cabinet doors. I paid $130 for this.

GM and we wanted to say “Thank You” to Josh Santiago who came today, on a weekend to service our AC/Heating system . He was professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic to our concerns and gave us good advise as to what we needed to do next with our AC/Heating system. He is a huge asset to Energy Air and finally we received honest and reasonable advise and service . He gave us several options on how to move forward with our aging system.
