Great quote, and excellent work on my collapsed septic lid. I was waiting for a bill. No call, text, or mailed invoice. 3 days later I get a Notice to owner and a $120 fee in collections. Terrible billing practices. Too bad, otherwise they would be 5 stars and will be again if they do the write thing and remove the fee's for their own lack of communication. UPDATE: It took a while, but the billing manager did eventually review communications with my and concluded someone on their team didn't follow process and remove the fees. I'm giving 3 stars because I had to waste an hour dealing with the followups and gathering documentation to make sure this was taken care of, but they did ultimately correct the billing issue and called me personally. The work was excellent

Friends of Maitland/Winter Park - don’t use them! They are Negligent. Had the worst experience back in March 2022 and I’m still trying to recover from all the damage from a mistake a Brownies plumber caused. They caused over 50k of damage to my house. It was insane and Absolutely shocking! I have young kids and black water is NOT safe. There was NO way I was able to stay in my house. So what does Brownies say?? Nothing. No response, no returned phone calls, no explanation. It’s been 8 months and it’s so expensive and consuming so I’m just more and more mad and wouldn't want anyone to experience this. It’s obvious it’s not the first time so please be careful with Brownies because they will leave you to clean up the mess and it’s nasty! Ownership is morally bankrupt to walk away and leave my family in the conditions they did. NO explanations or any good faith effort to fix their mistake. I’m still in shock.

Brownies service was outstanding, timely and professional. The Brownies rep we worked with Jenn Cologna kept us informed all along the way from start to finish and she coordinated the permitting and fieldwork with highest of professional standards. The separate field crews were on-time and completed the work as designed and they left the work area looking better than it started with. We appreciate the great work Brownies provide for us and we'll recommend them to anyone down the line.

It has nothing. To do with their. Service I brownies did a great job ! I do not understand it could be you have alot of. Sulphur. If I were you I would call. Them back . I have used this co .twice. And was satisfied. I too had that problem. It was a broken Clay part of my septic . They. Should fix. The situation. I do highly recommend them . I wish you well 👍
It depends on the size of your septic tank. My tank is 1,200 gal and it cost $330.
Full septic tank will eventually flow out. If it happens when you do laundry and dishwasher and you get flow back, odds are it is a full tank. Having someone empty the tank can let you know as they ask you to flush a toilet to make sure it is not a clog.
