Fernando was great! He was prompt as responding to my interest in my new Camry! Very helpful! Thanks Fernie for all your help! Dan was also super helpful! I was nervous about my payment so he was great in helping me connect with Chris in finance! Both were quick to respond and reliable! Thank you!

what happens if a non chip key is used in ignition ? Vehicle is a 2001 Highlander.

Can't speak to the 2001 Highlander, but with my 2003 Lexus ES300, the engine turned over, but the engine would NOT start. Once the key was associated with the vehicle, it worked just fine. You can see how to register your key with your make/model vehicle by doing a internet search. Mine was along the lines of 1. Key in ignition, turn to ON 2. Open/Shut driver door 10x 3. Fully depress and release Accelerator 5X 4. Turn Key to OFF 5. Remove key 6. Insert key and remove 3X 7. Insert known Good key 8. Car will chirp once 9. Remove Good Key 10. Insert New Key to be Coded 11. Turn Key to On Position (NOT Start) 12. Car will Chirp 3x when key is coded 13. Remove key Replace and repeat steps 10-12 for each key 14. Depress Brake to end cycle Your process may be similar.

When we bought our truck from you recently, we were told how important it was to bring in our truck at 5,000 miles. What is so important that is done at the 5,000 mile mark?

Kathy Jensen | Oct 17, 2018
Dorothy BurtCoburn | Oct 17, 2018

We always take our vehicles in at 5,000 miles. They top off fluids, rotate tires, if you have any concerns then, they can take care of it. They give it an overall check. It's not a bother and leaves us with a sense of security.
