The wave pool is the deepest. There is a 3 ft deep lazy river and also a jet river. No tubes allowed in that one only life jacket.

Yes those pools have varying depth. I also cannot swim but i enjoy lot.

The wave pool starts very shallow and gets deeper so it's just about how far you walk in. The lazy river requires the use of a tube while the fearless river requires you to wear a life vest. In either case, it should be fine for non-swimmers to float along with the current. None of the rides really require swimming ability with the possible exception of the drop slides.
