There really isn't room. The chairs are very close together. I would enquire about the umbrella because there were several chairs but not all were covered by umbrellas. And we got there when the park opened

We were there today and didn't see any like that, but I can't stay they don't allow it. I didn't see anyone prevented from bringing it in either. Call and ask. To everyone who said get there early... Stop enabling these parks by making it the problem of late arrivers to try and get proper services. There should be plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the number of people they let in but there aren't. Getting there early is not a solution to the problem of Universal not providing an ample amount of the amenities. They simply aren't providing a high quality experience when you have to conform to arriving early to get a seat with an umbrella or a seat at all as was the case for us today.
If u arrive early. U can catch a tent with sunblock or a shady area. After u have to wait n catch someone leaving.

No, but they do have areas with chairs and umbrella you just need to get there early. Also some plam trees 🏝 chairs are free
