There's not fast pass so to speak, but with the bracelet you can go in front of the game and take a turn for the ride, and this one warns you when it's your turn. Some warns you whether or not you should take the ride now or tell you to take the turn. You can't select more than one, that's if you are in line for one, for other you can't.

No you use the wrist band to schedule your ride times basically. It waits in line for you
No it doesn't. I went during off season so the lines weren't long. I think from what i understand when it's crowded, you can check on the smart watch they provide how long the wait is or even do virtual wait. I maybe wrong. But it doesn't have the fast pass (express line) like the other 2 universal parks.
