No. It shouldn't be. September and the week after Thanksgiving are the best times to go. Should be a ghost town, last year mid-september I walked right on to almost every single ride.
It can only get so busy because they limit how many tickets are sold for each day. Also, almost all rides use a reservation/fast pass type of system to keep lines reasonable.
Well its not high season so should be reasonable.. its a large site so even when full its fine plus having the wrist band will help plan the rides you want to go on with minimal queing
