No they stay open, unless there is lightning within 10 miles then yes theybdo shut down

Rides don't shut down during the rain, unless is a bad storm or it's lighting
No but depending on the rides they might. I would say it's due to more safety reason on climbing the stairs. Depends on the weather itself, like if it's thunder stormy with rain. Hope this helps 🙂
