Follow directions to Universal. Once there, generally on Universal Blvd, follow the signs to the parking garage and they generally have lines at the parking tolls for Volcano Bay. Parking in this area is direct access to ticketing for Volcano Bay, Will Call kiosks, Guest Services, and restrooms. From there it's a shuttle ride to Volcano Bay. Drop off is a short walk upto the main entrance area to the park.
You park in the regular theme park garage, either in the volcano Bay section, which has direct buses, or in the regular section, where you would them walk to the hub and take the escalator down to the shuttle buses to catch the shuttle to VB.
Don't trust gps for this one (trust me XD), once in universal blvd follow signs to the parking lot of universal.
You basically park a long way away, load buses in garage to get to the entrance of the park. No one can simply park and walk.
After parking there are lines for buses to transport u to the entrance of the park
