If it is just raining no, but if there is lightning in the area they will shut down the rides until it is safe to ride again.
You don't have to leave the park until the closing time if it's raining or thunders/lighting but the rides won't be available if there forecast shows that lighting is less than 10 miles radius. Fantastic park and recommend the green family tube with rafts if you go as family and the aquacoster! Enjoy your visit!
