It's hit and miss. The biggest issue right now is, the capacity problem. Everywhere hits capacity so fast now, that you may end up having to wait for an hour or more before a table opens up so you can finally do what you'd like to do. My advice is, give it a few more weeks to let things really REALLY open back up. This 25/50/75/100% capacity rollout was a botched mess anyway. No one followed it.

It's very crowded this time of year. It will be hard to maneuver strollers. A twin stroller probably wouldn't fit too well as the walkway is rather narrow in some places. I'm not sure about the boats. I've never seen a stroller on them. Here's the Riverwalk website. Maybe you can find out more info here...

There are different places throughout downtown where you can park...but may require payment. Then there is Via bus parking such as Randolph park and ride...and then you can go downtown that way. They have all day passes. Just ask the driver for prices. The last buses usually stop by 10 PM give or take. It all depends where you plan to be downtown. Good luck and have fun. If you come in by the way of the Greyhound station... just ask for phone numbers from a police officer or someone who may know.

The terrain is flat with well-maintained sidewalks and streets. We found it easy walking and felt safe, noting the odd panhandler or two.

Great city to live in. Jobs are good have many rivers and walking trails. Traffic is like all major cities bad. Cost of living in comparison to Dallas is lower. May want to be beyond city limits. But overall quite different from Houston and Dallas with all the amenities of a big city.

The cost of the boat trip for the entire trip on the river walk has a cost of US $ 12.00, lasts approximately 30 minutes and on the tour the guide comments some interesting information about the place. It's worth it. I recommend it!! 😉👍🏼
