There is so much to see and many shops and food locations. And many attractions just on street level the boat tour gave many points of interest, and then you will know where you want to spend your time.
We walked. I say go for the boat tour! There is also a carriage ride but I'm not sure where. You could spend the entire day there. It's so lovely.
