The riverwalk is a story below street level not much wind if it blows and the fall is one of the nicest times of the year to visit.
We were there last week and it was 84 and glorious
Sure is but a bunch of restaurants have space heaters going on the outside. Very nice at night with the lights on. Romantic and enjoyable.
