Definitely take a boat ride. The history of the area is very interesting, the area is beautiful and you'll be able to view all of the shops and restaurants to see where you want to go. They have a Hard Rock, Harley Davidson, Margaritaville, etc. Lots of great places to visit!

The Alamo is right next to the riverwalk and there are restaurants and little shops all along it , even a mall all you have to do is walk along the river strip and you will find where you want to go...

Boudros on the riverwalk is my first choice.they are top shelf quality all the way around and tge tabkeaide Guacamole should trll you of the quality of service alone. Excellent choice. For a steak on the Riverwalk,i woukd go to Little Rhein steakhouse,next to the figvtree in Seafood is what you are after ,pesca on the riverwalk@ Omni la mansion can not be beat. Pricey but worth every bit of it from the moment you enter til the monent you go. Hope this helped
