How do u ride on the boat, is there a fee?

Yes there is a per person fee of 12-15( U.S$) and less or free for children under a certain age. There are various pick-up points along the riverwalk,one i am most familiar with is at market &Alamo across from the Hilton at street level & durty nellies on riverwalk level.
