There are different places throughout downtown where you can park...but may require payment. Then there is Via bus parking such as Randolph park and ride...and then you can go downtown that way. They have all day passes. Just ask the driver for prices. The last buses usually stop by 10 PM give or take. It all depends where you plan to be downtown. Good luck and have fun. If you come in by the way of the Greyhound station... just ask for phone numbers from a police officer or someone who may know.
Parking lots downtown. Walk to the Riverwalk. It is off Commerce St. No exact address I know of for it. It's under the bridges. You walk down the stairs to it.
