Yes it's open but not Alamo, I would go late afternoon cuz it's so hot out right now at summer , two weeks ago we were there and it was too hot for us, but it was fun still. And if you are outside with no one else but your family , you don't need mask but inside or other people around you'd need to wear one cuz the law.

Yes almost everything is open, Alamo is not open, was a little disappointed cuz was main thing we were gonna do with the grandkids, have to wear masks in all places

Yes. You and your group have to wear masks while walking around. Some places on the Riverwalk may be closed but most restaurants and shops are open
