You have to purchase Go Rio tickets for the river cruise. You can get them on line or at the ticket kiosks on the River Walk.

If you are staying in a hotel Downtown ask for packages that include the ride. I did that with the Valencia hotel and it was a great deal
Has to take ticket first and then board the boat
To get a boat ride on the river walk you just have to drill it off myou can just have to go to my riddle during the peak season they are supposed to have the boats be like a bus stop but I've never actually seen that really work
