There some bike racks in the streets.
Downtown has bicycles you can rent as well, gave their parking locations through out downtown with maps to leave or rent!! If you do use your own bikes bring good cable locks!! There are various bike racks through out. No specific locations. May use Google to find out where they are!! Not sure if they show locations but worth a try!!
Most bike racks are on street level.
I seen some bike racks everyonce and a while, not sure of their exact location though. I'm sure you'd eant to lock them up as well....
