We took the boat ride and children are invited and Valeria posted some great advise on strollers. Our captain asked that we stay seated for the cruise to avoid an accident so that's important. They do have a Rainforest Café along the River Walk which might be of interest to children.
The boats on the river walk lets you take your stroller on the boat, but it has to be folded and baby on your laps.
