I have been going here for a while but today they really showed how amazing they are. I suffer from intense fibromyalgia and migraines. I have not alway received great care from health providers in the past. Today I went in with a really bad fibromyalgia flare up and migraine. They saw me immediately. They validated my pain and the struggle I was having and created a wonderful treatment plan. I was able to receive IV fluid therapy for my migraine which also helped my chronic pain. It has been a long journey to have health providers help me with theses issues and today I was supported and actually taken care of.

Friendly and convenant; however, they constantly get prescriptions wrong. They always either call it to the wrong pharmacy, don't call it in at all or get the medication wrong. I've had this happen 3-4 times. Very frustrating. Then they won't answer the phone or return voice mail messages. This happened to me again today.

After many visits attempting to recieve lab results this clinic has failed to be transparent with my blood test results. They offer a portal to check these things through crossroads site, yet nothing is ever posted for myself. Theyve reffered me to see a specialist but funny thing is i have nothing to show through many times of bloodwork, this has got to be the most unprofessional handling ive dealt with. So treating patients who take their health serious like myself is pretty frustrating! Would not recommend going to goodletsville location,

I started going to Crossroads because I didn't have to make an appointment. They have taken such good care of me, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else !
