Worst place ever. Took over a hour to get dinner and tasted nasty and 3 meals cost over a hundred dollars.

I want to start by saying the front staff was very friendly. The server was nice. My drink was good. The sushi and salad were yummy. The soup was very bland. The worst part of this experience was the chef. He plopped the sauses in the ramekins causing it to splash on the table...he was NOT friendly...barely seasoned any of the food and burned most of the veggies. It's too bad he had such a bad attitude. Ruined our whole experience with this place. We were the only two at our hibachi table (not our fault). He did even so much as twirl his spatula. When you pay good money, you expect a pleasant time. That was not the case. We were from out of town and would not ever go back if we are ever back in Goodlettsville. I work in a customer service driven company and attitude is EVERYTHING!

I made a to-go order. It was over an hour late. I tried to cancel my order. They said that they would offer me half off my next visit, but they did not cancel. They still charged me anyway, and did not tell me there was a no return policy. Word of advice. Don’t waiste your time dinning here. The quality of service has gone down hill. It use to be a nice place to eat but not anymore.

Terrible service. Child's meal never came. Server said oops and walked away. 6 months later, it's worse. Asked 3 times for spicy mayo. Finally went to the bar for drinks, silverware, and to go boxes.

It is a little bit confusing because there are technically 3 different sections in the restaurant -- a hibachi grill section, a bar, and a restaurant/sushi bar. I only dine in the restaurant/sushi bar section. There, the specialists are by day of the week-- currently, Monday and Tuesday 1/2 price off certain sushi rolls, Wednesday and Thursday a couple of alcoholic beverages are on special.
Kabuto has closed at 9pm (Sunday through Thursday) for as long as I can remember. On Friday and Saturday they are open till 11pm.

MLK Jr. day is a Federal holiday. Business as usual for any business that is not Federally connected (ie. Banks)
