I have a refrigerator downstairs. Thought the Thermostat was acting weird. Scheduled service..took 2wks..Service guy came...was literally in my house 5 mins.. Checked temperature with his fluke meter...turned the temperature down check coil......grand total $170....FOR REAL!!!! Will not be calling them again......can't even get them on the phone.....

A year ago we had problems with our laundry equipment. Sears was a 5.0. Last week we had problems with our front load washer. There were severe issues with the drum and its alignment. The service tech was only interested in selling us their warranty plan. When we declined and asked that he fix the washer, he said nothing was wrong with it, charged us $138 and left. We ran the washer that afternoon and the noise was so loud, we had to shut it down. The drum could be moved easily with your fingers. It would not spin the clothes. So disappointing. We will never use this repair service again. Update: at the owners request, I contacted them via their face book messenger. I basically got what appeared to be an automated I am sorry with a note we will try better next time. I would not use their appliance repair service again.
