I've been living at Midtown Five for over 2 years now. I really enjoy it! There's a nice pool, gym, spa, jacuzzi and BBQ area. The building is in a great area: walking distance to fantastic restaurants, nice shops, gyms, Target, and now a Trader Joe's. The building is very pet friendly. The property managers do a great job at keeping the community clean and safe. They are very nice and approachable. Another perks is the monthly events with free giveaways for the residents. I would recommend living here for a friend/family member. Thanks!

Moved in recently and love it so far. The leasing team is super helpful in answering all of our questions and ensuring we had a smooth move. Genesis and Brianna have been great along with everyone else. We have a beautiful view and feel super safe in this area. The building is well maintained with clean and chic amenities and the garage feels secure as well as the bike storage, package rooms etc. Love that Trader Joe's is right next door!

Most unprofessional management company I’ve ever dealt with. Their motto should be “I don’t know how to solve any issues, and don’t even pretend like I can” everything is always broken. Elevators always broken. Two of the front doors broken for three months “missing parts” allowing literally anyone to just walk right in to the elevators and up people’s floors. Steam room works every other week. Gym equipment is run down and never fixed even though they said for 2 years now that it would be replaced. They replaced tile floors with trashy tacky floors, not sure who had that idea but it was awful. This place is a wreck yet everyone is paying premium pricing to live here. These people are greedy. Not to mention the endless air bnbs that reside here leaving trash all over the pool deck. Super safe that no food delivery is checked in. They just send them right up. Could be a crazy ex coming up to pound your door down and they’d never even have to check in. Parking garage is never monitored and the gate is always broken (even though we pay $150 per car per month) packages always go “missing”. My designer purchases sent here went missing and were never found so you can’t even trust that your mail will be handled properly… just gets stolen because they leave the package room wide open. If the package says delivered they say it really wasn’t and that usps and fedex lie and say things are delivered when they aren’t. Biggest lie ever… they have to scan the package for it to be marked delivered. Do not live here if you have a choice. Greystar ruined this building. It was perfect when Bozzuto managed it.
