We have just signed and moved into our new home at Cortland Kings Meadow. Since I entered this place I felt at home, but I confirmed that my feeling was right when I spoke with Maria Suazo. Move in experience was great. Lidicet was helpful during each step and was available to solve any problems I had. The overall department are welcoming and were there to help when popping by the office.

Questions & Answers

This is the reality of this community supposedly "tobacco free" everyone smokes on the balconies and other areas, and the strange smells enter my apartment because I'm sure it's not a common cigarette. In addition, the gym has been closed for one year

Gym for a year closed

Excellent condo, I have lived here for 4 years. It is very quiet, they accept pets and they always solve any problem in the apartment immediately and all the maintenance and Administration staff are super attentive
