I'm actually shocked about the amount of 4/5 stars. I've been going to this Autozone since 2015 and the customer service has always been terrible. They're always rude and moody. I'm always polite and only do quick ins and outs but they never fail to give me attitude when I simply want to check out. Sorry I interrupted whatever you were doing but isn't checking customers out part of the job too? If you don't like the job, don't take it out on a random, innocent customer. Smh

Today I took a return with receipts and it was a cash purchase, the manager Sebastián told my husband he could not do return because his other manager was not there..this was because I quite working there ..so he wanted to be rude that way ..bad customer service.

Called ahead of twice since their website wasn’t working. They assured me they had the bandwidth to install a battery. So I jump started my car and aired up my flat tire… they sold me a $200+ battery. But when it came to install convo. It’s a no go. I’m out of luck. But I got a battery.,. I even offered to patiently wait and offered to tip them $50. Called their customer service line who found a location who said they’d look at it but they’re not confident they can even do the install. They’d have to check the make and model of the vehicle… I don’t know why we couldn’t check that now before I try again for a solution and jump start my way to the next location… so I’m stuck in their parking lot in the hot weather not really sure where to go… their brick and mortar and remote support have no solution. Wish me luck I guess.
