It’s unfortunate I am writing this review. I found myself having to use a pet cremation service for my child’s pet, our first initial interaction was great they were very helpful and the fact they were available 24/7 was even a relief. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for my pet to arrive for us to pick him up. After 3 weeks we received a call he was ready for pick up. Due to my inability to drive to their location I inquired for delivery given there is an extra $75 fee I went ahead and paid that. We never got a date as to when he would be delivered either by person or by mail, I’ve left several messages, emails and texts as to when I would be receiving my pet and til this day no response. And it’s been over a month. I don’t know what to tell my child at this point and I write this review so that anyone seeking to use a pet cremation service is aware of what you may yourself experience. Good luck to you all

I had our new born puppy picked up by by Rainbow to Heaven. The website says prices that start at $99 in Southern CA which is misleading. I paid $454.36, was told that pick up and delivery was included, that my pet would come back in a package that can be displayed inside the home. It came in a box....with a sticky note label with the puppy name. I thought this was insensitive and not personal. I never received an agreement, never heard back from the company and after 3 weeks I got concerned, I called the company again to get a status and they said my puppy remains would be delivered that week. Then I got another call saying there are additional fees to have the remains delivered, even after they said they would not charge. I would be careful using this company and personally will not use them again.

I am very pleased with the service they were very professional and understanding of our loss. Took their time and got Roxy with care. The communication was outstanding. I am glad I chose them for my beautiful Roxy's Cremation.
