I stopped by yesterday before a concert. I ordered the beach club with no tomato. And I got Turkey, Provolone and Tomato. I still ate it because I was starving and didn't have time to go back, but a super bummer that it wasn't even close to right. I usually love LOVE JJ's and I order frequently at work.

I just picked up our catering order of over 250 sandwiches and to say I would recommend this location to anyone is an understatement. They were beyond professional, kind, thoughtful and thorough. I was blown away by their customer service. They went above and beyond and answered every question I could have possibly had and followed through with every commitment made. I would definitely use their catering service again.
