First step gave me my sobriety and I cannot put a price on that. I am at the 411 house... One month left to go. I cannot stress enough how much life has changed. I am now clean and free from addiction. They set you up with dental assistance, an optometrist, as well as safe housing transitions. Thank you to the staff!!! They truly care...most of them have survived the battle with addiction..stay blessed!!

Great reviews, I see. I don't doubt its wonderful if you have some tie into communicating with them. However.. Helping my brother try to get admitted is a joke. Myself, him, hospital staff, social worker, and case manager have ALL tried contacting them for 6 days now. We have left voicemails and everything. No contact attempts have been made back and he is now already being discharged from the hospital and going with his least favorite choice. We really wanted this. Wow.. Thanks guys.

This location is inpatient yes. They also have a location for vets and then they also do intensive outpatient through the same company.
Yes and yes.but there is always special circumstances to get in faster. Also depends on which first step there trying to get into. Theres 2. One is for veterans. Hope that helps
From Monday to Friday the hours are 5 - 8 p.m. On weekends they are from 12 - 10 p.m.
