I am not a customer but my neighbor is. She is an elderly woman with disabilities. I just saw the driver get out of the truck and come up to her house to get her trash because it wasn't down at the end of her driveway like it normally is. The company I used would have kept going. Called last week for a dumpster and to arrive 9.00 am morning, called to find out where's the dumpster the guy said can't get a hold of driver, there are check stops and other excuses I guess, so we canceled it and throws back there's a cancelation fee of $150.00 we argued since it was not on site as told, they hit our card for the full $490.00 the price had some balls but no worries we will get it charged back. You want a reliable vompany use HALLO they were $100 dollars less and 1/2 ton more in weight. I called them and had a dumpsters here in 45 minutes. That's customer service!
