Gave it a full year and give them the benefit of the doubt. We have all our neighbors switching. RUN AWAY!! THEY ARE SCALPING THE TAKES. Eric and Lauren are running a scheme of charging you without filling. They do not leave amounts via the driver. They say they fill it up, but use the gas somewhere else. We used another company for an entire year. And we are at half, yes half, of what we used last year. We were only at the house 1 weekend a month, yet now, we are there every weekend and one full week. It is a complete scheme. When I called them out, they had attitude and hung up the phone. The reason they charge so low is because you are not getting every gallon. RUN AWAY!!!!!

I did everything they instructed while setting up my account to make sure I am able to keep my house with the set up it came with because I didn't want to reduce the amount of tanks I have until after my first winter here. Immediately after our call they removed the second kitchen tank which is the opposite of what we agreed upon. Now of course I run out of gas. My recurring delivery is supposed to be last week of August, tomorrow is the 31st, today when I called the office, they said my delivery is supposed to be by the end of today which hasn't happened. Honestly can't trust anything from this company anymore.

(An edit, post company response to clarify my review: A single indirect notice was all I received before tank repossession, a letter or a more professional tag would be a better business decision. The amount of propane I had was left by the previous homeowner and has lasted 2 years. Legally fine or pursue whomever you'd prefer, your response as a company to criticism is laughable. Legally have a nice day.) Was at work when my cameras picked up a truck. They came to take their tanks back. I bought the house in 2019 unaware i didn't own the tanks. On 1/12/2022 nearly 2 years later, they left this notice. (pictured below) Today, 3/24/2022, they showed up and began removing my tanks that I use to heat my home and fuel my generator. After talking to the guy through my cameras I gave the office a call to see what the deal was, and possibly continuing service. After the woman on the phone completely sidestepped my concern of just showing up to someone's property and taking something back without so much as a letter or even a warning or "important: your action required" on the slip they put on my door, I just told them to take their tanks. Scared me right away. I have a newborn in the house. Heat is important. Will be shopping elsewhere, not ok. 😮‍💨
