I just called. 1:38 pm. Friday July 29. Wanted to ask if you had ultra sound services. The person answering the line wouldn't let me finish a sentence, was rude, refused to give me contact for anyone else, and hung up on me. I didn't raise my voice, just raised concerns and ask if I could ask a question. I understand you are busy, but you offer important services, and some customer courtesy seems necessary for communication. Im seeing this has been an ongoing problem below and I hate that people respond in kind, but, this was not ok and it really should be about the care of the animal not one rude receptionist. It makes me worried that you wouldnt show kindness to my pet either.

Today was our first visit and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Everybody was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately my K9 ended up having surgery on his first visit but we felt comfortable every step of the way. I am very grateful having found this clinic.

Friendly and efficient staff got my puppy in and out for his shots in no time. He didn’t seem to even notice he received a shot at all because of the treats they offered him. I’m so glad we have a good doctor for this little guy.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had… we have been going to Dr. Janie for YEARS as a family, i have referred SOOOOO many family and friends. However I no longer will now that it is under new ownership by Dr.Hoots. My sister and I both have St Bernard’s and we have been taking them there since they were puppies. we were suppose to get them neutered within a week of each other. We were both given quotes at about $750 on the HIGH end. When my sister went in to pick up her dog after the surgery they told her it was going to be $1800. Which they made her pay even when she asked why it more then DOUBLED in price from the quote..they had no good answer for her..They handled the situation EXTREMELY poor. They then called me AFTER my sister told them too to give me a heads up and they told me they gave me the wrong quote and it will be 500-600 more then they quoted us initially because of the “size” of our dog. And mind you they have known how much these dogs weigh because they’ve been going there since puppies, they are a VETERINARIAN clinic and using the excuse the price is going to change DRASTICALLY due to there size is just a cop out. I think they are horribly over charged and that the staff along with dr.hoots could benefit from some much needed business management training. Bottom line is they handled the situation poorly and now have lost multiple long time patients and referrals. Hoping no one else gets scammed like we did. Make sure you check your quotes and your receipts after getting ANYTHING done by them. My sister made them itemize the list and apparently they “added” a bunch of medicines they didn’t use when my sister asked what those were for. Everything was shady and gross about the situation. We ended up finding a better vet and couldn’t be happier! Don’t waste your money here.
