Don't come here! Billing policies are absolutely horrible they will end up owing you money and will wait months until after the delivery of your baby before they decide to refund you if you over pay which you will if you have a deductible or coinsurance. My deductible is $3000 after that my insurance covers 100%. They forced me to sign a payment plan to pay them my deductible upfront but will not report my payments to my insurance I already paid them $2k and they reported less than $1k to my insurance of the deductible I have paid. They said they can't add claims that they haven't done but can sure hold my money and continue to bill labs and ultrasounds (which are expensive) even AFTER I pay them my deductible upfront. To give you a better understanding they will collect my $3k deductible upfront but not tell the insurance and because they bill ultrasounds and labs separately I'm going to end up paying them the 3k completely and more for the ultrasounds or additional care, blood work etc. Then I will be forced for wait several months before they are "allowed" to refund me. I spent over an hour with them trying to figure out a better agreement and they refused so I decided to change providers. I will not allow them to hold my money no one should, they tried saying I'm the first one to bring up this issue (not true a lot of reviews on here have the same problem). I'm forced to pay other providers as well out of pocket because they won't report to my insurance that my deductible is satisfied. They do this so they don't get "screwed" but will screw you over and wait several months before they give you your money back. Another thing they also wait SEVERAL months before submitting claims to your insurance i asked them why and they couldn't give me an answer. I terminated care with them today lets see how long it takes for them to refund me. Medical care is not great Heather is not informative doesn't share or go over results while I am there, everytime I'm there she just says do you have any questions? That's all she will say every visit won't try to help me better my health or provide advice, first visit was also awful she didn't take the time to educate me or learn more about my medical history that could of avoided a scare, very upsetting especially since this is my first baby should of noticed the red flag to begin with. Ultrasound technician seems bored all the time isn't friendly or engaged. The medical assistants and rest of the staff are nice for the most part even the staff I talked to about the billing. Having a baby is already a lot to stress over and they just add to the stress.

You will NEVER be able to get ahold of anyone at this office EVER! NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Let me just repeat myself lol YOU WILL NEVER GET A CALL BACK. Save your trouble, go somewhere else!

They dropped me as a patient when I was 10 weeks pregnant due to an insurance issue that wasn't noticed until recently. Already had 2 appointments, labs done, ultrasounds, etc. and this was never caught. Trying to find a new OB to take me this far along already and appointments are months out. They said I cannot come back after my next appointment. This means I will not have OB care for about 2 months at the least. This is completely unethical and completely unsetteling as someone who had a difficult pregnancy the first time. This is my second child and really wanted to stay with the same OB, but the fact they see me as just an insurance number shows lack of compassion and care for their patients.
