I bought a new ?washer dryer at this place paying a lot of money. The day of delivery the dryer door was broken. So they reinstalled my old dryer and installed the new washer and left. The washer started shaking and making noise like my old one. I called the sales person that sold these appliances. He told me to let the the delivery personnel know who was scheduled to bring in a new dryer. They came and said the previous delivery personnel left the metal bracket and it should have been removed. They said this was the problem and it will not happen again and left. Again the brand new top of the line GE washer started shaking and making noise. I called again. Customer service has scheduled for a GE technician to come out next week. Not sure what he is going to say. I have been very inconvenienced and very disappointed for being treated like this. I will never make the mistake of buying from bray and scarff again. Everyone please read the reviews before you spend your money.

When I walked into Bray & Scarff in Laurel, I had planned on checking out what they had then visiting a couple other stores and comparing prices and products. I wanted a washer but did not have a particular kind in mind. As soon as we walked in, Darrell greeted us and showed us what they had. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient, answering my tons of questions. By the time I walked out, I was set on a Maytag washer but did not buy it. Also, while I was at the store, Darrell introduced me to the manager, and they had a great rapport with each other, joking a little, but also being attentive to us. I was very impressed, they both seemed happy with each other and happy to help us. When I left, I looked online and found the washer I wanted for a little cheaper thru Maytag, so I called Darrell and let him know and thanked him for everything. He asked me to hold on and looked online and found out that Maytag had a rebate going and would be able to offer me that same rebate. I ended up buying it from him. I bought my last washer and dryer from Bray and Scarff in another location 17 years ago and have been very happy. I would definitely recommend Bray & Scarff in Laurel and if you can, ask for Darrell.
