Used more than once for an auto loan, and also have a credit card. Often very competitive rates for both. Unfortunately the processing times are forever, if you are planning to go to a dealer and try top purchase figure a week for tower to respond, it’s not the kind of place where you can talk out your loan app with the underwriter and get a decision right there.. It would be super helpful if they had a one or two response and have the availability to call and talk about your app with the actual underwriter.
Doorway into time
What once was a 5 star institution has now become a terrible place to bank. The Laurel location for the most part is horrible. Maybe if someone would read the reviews left, a change for the better would occur!

I too have the same question. What number do members call to speak to a LIVE ASSOCIATE?? From the comments, appears service is going backwards instead of making it easier for the TFCU members who need help. Please reconsider.

Tower is still open on Sandy Spring Rd. We don't have branches in HI.
ATM 24hrs but the branch will close at 2pm
Sister credit union? Their closest competitor is SECU, but having both before, Tower is well run and the one I kept.
