So far so good! We visited the leasing office and our agent, Tabatha, made us feel right at home. We were able to view 2 different apartment styles and didn’t feel pressured at all to make any decisions. We were even able to to get impressions from a resident and a maintenance worker that we encountered during our visit who both gave great reviews. Tabatha was knowledgeable and communicated well throughout the entire process of signing our lease. I’m looking forward to living here and I will update my review accordingly!

Worst Property EVER! Our apartment flooded not even 3 weeks after move in. The property manager Porsha McNeil didn’t care. All she said was, come get your money back. Our things were damage, the management company that owners the property was contacted by me. Did I ever here from them, of course not. Pay all this Rent money for want, they don’t care about you. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.

STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. The worse apartment company that have ever seen, they will ask you to apply with deposit when you are denied they will not refund you your $450 and no one will be able to help you or get intouch with the corporate office.

I APPLIED TO THIS APARTMENT IN MAY WITH A DEPOSIT TOTAL OF $478, APPLICATION WAS DENIED AND THE DEPOSIT NEVER RETURNED. HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. THEY. They are reaping people off their hard earned money.whenever I reach out to them, they are just getting my information over and over, nothing was done. RETURN MY MONEY
