Been dealing with these stupid deployment for years with a mistaken identity. The individual they have me mistaken with was 20 something years old when I was 8 committing his crime. After hours of talking to the incompetent agent they want me to spend my time and money to physically come and prove that this is not me. Not offense to the real cops and judges there, but they have some idiot staff handling paperwork. Compare social security numbers please before bothering someone else. After I found his last four of his social was different and spelling of his last name was different that should have been it. No the incompetence goes to an all time high.

The probation officer, Frank Polito, is a real gentleman. Not only that he is very helpful and polite, but when you're done with him, he literally stands up from his chair and escorts you out to the door. He does this with everyone, and I find it very impressive. He is also very understanding with my situation and goes out of his way to help. I've heard other probation officers in this office are very professional too.

I'm not sure. But please take your probation seriously. You have got to show them that you're a responsible person. Hopefully it'll never happen again. Good luck
