Could probably use some better/clearer signage to guide you to the right place/parking/security. Boat staff could be a little friendlier. And the pretzels probably haven’t been “soft” since they were brought on board a month ago. But a great way to get to both Ellis Island and to Lady Liberty.

They require you to wear a mask to a boat that has a deck and they sell the masks for $1 each. Its only because they want to charge you the extra $1.

Need a roof near jetty, it feels like hell to wait for the boat in summer sun light.

You can get your tickets online but make sure it says the Cruise name so your not scammed. Things ran on time and smoothly lol..I laugh because I went with 3 other people and we had 2 minutes to get the boat so we had to run. But they have two floors for sitting the bathroom is in the basement but you can consider it the first floor if you like. You can get something to eat while riding or just take it all in the ride isn't that long so take in some history when docked and just have fun. Enjoy

As long as you like (or at least until the last ferry). There's no other limitation.
You can buy at the park. If you want tickets to go the pedestal...you better buy online.
No, First ferry at 8:30am the last at 3:30pm. The museum, gift shop and restaurant is open
Yes you can, entry to the islands is included.
You can reserve tickets online. $18.50 for ages 13 and above. $9 for ages 4 to 12. The last ferry from liberty state park is 5pm and they are open 7 days 8:30am to 7pm https://www.statuecruises.com/plan-your-trip
yes there is
If you pre-purchase tickets online, you already saved yourself some time. If you're only interested in seeing the statue then you only need like 2 hours I would say. You need to go through security before even getting on the cruise, so that's a few minutes or an hour depending on how busy it is. The cruise will then take you to Ellis island first, but if you're not stopping there, you just let the other passengers get off and they'll take you from there to liberty island. To come back to jersey, you just gotta catch the next available cruise. They pass every 30-45 minutes or so. Good luck, hope this helps!
Usually from New Jersey
No. This service stops at Ellis Island on the way. Only adds an additional 10 minutes
