Good BBQ and good sides. I really liked the ambience of the restaurant as well. I drove past too many times because it is unassuming on the outside. Definitely worth a visit.

How is this place still in business?

Great Question! We have managed to endure the hardships of keeping a small "mom & pop" operation going in this economy through quality food product and trying to provide great customer service. It can be extremely difficult with the significant turnover that hits this particular industry regularly. But we try to provide a good work environment in hopes that we can retain some of our staff for a decent & realistic amount of time. Most stay with us until they move on to bigger and better things, which always makes us happy. We are glad that we could provide a positive "stepping stone" for their future here, where they have learned some great work ethic and made some long lasting friendships. This his been our mantra over the years, and this I believe is why we are still in business. Thank you for your patronage.

Just the one location, it's not a chain. The same owner also owns Este Pizza in Sugarhouse, UT though.

Masks are required. Some tables are closed off and clearly marked. When staff bring you food they are wearing masks and gloves. To get a refill from the soda fountain they have you get a new cup. Overall very good policies set up 👍

The dont care about customers they told me sorry we can not fix it the ribs where dry. There was nothing special about the food that i could say . when my mom went up to talk to them they had a bad attitude as a

Did you happen to mention anything to any of our staff while you were in the restaurant? As a long term guest I am sure you are aware of the customer service that we provide, and would have been happy to address any concerns you had.

I was wondering why my credit card that i accidentley left on the table, and was later told it was in a safe waiting on me to come back and pick up has mysteriously been making purchases in Murray. ?

If you left your card out in the open, anyone (not just employees) could have copied card info and left it there (an employee doesn't need the card left behind to copy it! card theft can occur anywhere you've used it!). Unless there are other clues you haven't disclosed there's not enough evidence to blame the business. Surely you've contacted the credit card company by now, and learned to be more careful.
