It’s been over six months since we are living in Casa Vera. So far it’s our best experience in any apartment. The maintenance is top class. The amenities: pool, gym everything are very well maintained and kept clean. The apartment maintenance response is awesome. We faced some issues over our stay such as curtain breaking, sink clogging etc. Whenever we reported any issue, they fixed within a very short period. I would specifically say about Karen in the office. She is very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in Casa Vera.

If you’re looking to move into Casa Vera, make sure to ask for Clark. He is an excellent employee and went above and beyond our expectations. We needed to move into a 2 bedroom ASAP, and he made sure to get our paperwork processed accordingly. Even went out of his way to call us, when the application was successful. He pays attention to detail, listens and doesn’t break his promise.
