Check out few Insta reels from our stay @arexudy This is by far my favorite hotel in the Miami area. Super friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment you arrive the staff makes you feel welcome. The penthouse we stayed in on the top floor overlooking the water was spacious and very clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. So comfortable that we ended up sleeping in pass 9am which is not at all typical for us. The coffee shop downstairs had very experienced and friendly baristas serving delicious coffee and a hand full of breakfast treats including our favorite breakfast croissants In the evenings The RumBar located in the front lobby area offers a great selection of specialty cocktails including our favorites; Rum old fashioned & The Key. Additionally, a live band played Latin music each evening we were there. Hotel also has a private beach and offers complementary beach chairs and umbrellas plus few water activities. There are two pools. One for families and one for adults. Each one has a bar area and pool side service. We did enjoy few drinks by the pool but the most memorable was the burger la we got which were very juicy and flavorful. Must admit that we were pleasantly surprised since most time pool side food is ok at best. That was not the case at The Ritz. Can not wait to come back here next time.

This was our first time staying at this location. We Stayed for one night we got on a cruise the next day. The room was nice but basic tbh though it was really clean and the bathroom was fairly nice and again clean as well! When first arriving I spoke with valet to help me with our bags and I was asked at least 5 times did I have a room here which I constantly said yes to! I almost felt as if they were implying we didn’t belong there. The gentleman helped us take our bags up to our room had some small talk after a long trip then I tipped him $10.00 but apparently my tip wasn’t good enough because in a way he was asking for me smh I work hard for my money just as you do … You first keep questioning if I have a room here even after I show you my reservation giving you my room number as well and then you want my money too? NO Then I had to go outside to address an issue because some reason valet didn’t park our car in the overnight parking lot for some reason it didn’t register to them that we had a room and weren’t just there to visit someone else. We paid our money like everyone else!! We don’t plan on staying at this location again..
