I travel a lot, and choose IHG as my rewards hotel chain. I chose this hotel because it did not charge $40 a night for parking like the downtown hotels. The room was okay, and the restaurant food was okay for a holiday inn. But the front desk kid needed more training, he forgot to give me my breakfast vouchers, did not thank me for being a spire level guest, did not offer the 500 points or a snack. But he was pleasant. The bartender could not stop texting on his phone, he could not be bothered to ask me if I wanted a drink, and would disappear for very long periods of time. Most of the cleaning staff was pleasant and said hello or goodmorning in passing. Bottom line, I will be paying the $40 parking fee next time I visit Miami.

JORGE FROM VALET WAS EXCELLENT. Brought my car in 5 minutes or less everytime, so friendly he made my experience amazing. The hotel is kind of hard to get to but since Valet was so cool, let us take the car whenever we needed and bring back and not pay again, Jorge from valet is the best. Cesar was awesome too, had my car come to me so fast and I appreciate Jorge and Cesar sooooo much.

Terrible breakfast. Very limited choice of plates with anything you want with your eggs being an extra charge (onion, tomato,...). Cereals is a very small bowl (still hungry after breakfast!). Waitress giving poor service

They do not have an executive lounge, but if you need to work they do have a business centre. Continental Breakfast is also available in the restaurant for Gold & Diamonds (small upcharge for Full buffet)
