Lovely hotel right downtown. The service was wonderful and rooms quite nice. The speed of room service and guest services were quite fast. Located conveniently close to both a Whole Foods and CVS.

Our hotel stay was perfect! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Valet was very efficient and on time with delivering our cars. Will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Miami.

Honestly, probably the best hotel I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels. Four seasons, MO Miami etc. This hotel is a 4 star hotel but might as well be a 5 star. Donnell checked us in and he was super friendly and courteous. Explained to us the amenities and the restaurants etc. We headed to our room after they gave us a free upgrade and the room was HUGE with a HUGE tub and shower. There's also a TV in the bathroom which is a nice touch! Lovely view of Miami. Room service was delicious as well. Check out was a breeze. They're located in Brickell so walking distance to everything. Loved the pool area as well but be advised we were charged $30 for a Kentucky mule which I thought was crazy. Gym was great as well. Huge and clean. No peloton bike but that's okay. Had everything else. Honestly I'll def be staying there again. Absolutely.

This is an excellent JW Marriott in Miami in close proximity to several fantastic fine dining and chic restaurants as well as the Brickell City Center. It is a great location to stay if you are doing business downtown Miami or for leisure - definitely 5 stars!
