Had to finally replace our old stove (only the 2 back burners worked and the oven did only when it was in the mood). Ordere a new one Monday thinking it was going to be a wait (and praying our old one held out until then) but was able to get it delivered today (Friday same week no less!) Not only was that impressive but also the 2 young gentlemen (didn't get their names darn it!!) who arrived to deliver it. They were very polite and professional (and did not snicker when the saw me in my pj's and hair that was a complete disaster). I am thinking the next thing to go will be the fridge - and I will certainly look to Central Furniture and Appliances when the need to replace that should happen. We purchased a dryer from Central from Joey & were able to get it delivered within days. Our dryer was just delivered by Noah & Tyler. The whole transaction from beginning to end was smooth & easy! Would definitely reccomend Central to anyone in need of appliances or furniture! Great service!

I purchased my appliance package for my new condo from Central. Very pleased with the selection, prices; and perhaps more importantly, the service! Central had better prices than the big box stores and you get no service from big box stores. Highly recommend appliance purchasing from Central. So nice to call and speak with a human- an onsite human vs a call center in a different state/country. Adam was my salesman- helpful and responsive. Kim helped me with an issue on my dryer- 100% satisfied with resolution. And Jonathan the service tech is a super hero- came to take care of my dryer issue. but helped me with quick questions on my new dishwasher and fridge while he was here. He was patient and gave me some good tips for using my new appliances. Very grateful for the service from Central- it's refreshing to be taken care of as a customer as customer service is somewhat of a lost art these days. Keep up the great work, Team Central! I will send friends/family to Central for their appliance needs. Thank you!

Hi Tom, Due to a Covid-related surge on our already busy in-store service department personnel and infrastructure, we decided in 2020 to no longer order/stock parts for over-the-counter sale. The decision was made in an effort to focus our service personnel's efforts on fielding phone calls to schedule the in-home appliance repair service that we provide for customers who purchased the respective appliance from us. When a technician diagnoses the appliance in the home, they determine/research which part is needed, orders it from the customer's home and returns with it once it arrives. Our decision was also influenced by the availability of appliance parts online from excellent resources like repairclinic.com (800-269-2609) which ships appliance parts directly to the customer's home. They do not clean the vent but they have someone they can recommend. I think it it is the lint man. We called Central & got the recommended & used him to clean out our vent
